Windows xp background programs running

I have been wondering for ages what Adobe Gamma Loader is, when I startup Windows it is automatically run in the background and I have no idea what it does. If anyone knows what it is and what it does then please post here. Not needed at startup. I would suggest not removing any program files if you do not know what it is.

You can do a search online for a file if you do not know exactly what it is. Right-click on the Start menu icon. Select "Explore" from the menu that appears Locate the folder "Programs" in the pane on the left side of the dialog window. Scroll down to see all the programs and program files that start up when your computer is turned on.
