You can delete them or leave them alone; it really makes no difference. Joined Oct 4, Messages 8, It sure doesn't on my box, and I have no idea how a Rundll command could be that smart. Only the one that occurs periodically and is initiated by Windows. BUT, having files in Prefetch that don't match to any ones being defragged will have no affect on anything.
